Secretary of Development: Suggests buildings answers citizen suggestions around buildings, helps citizens own property. Secretary of Services: Helps citizens around, makes comments in city hall to aid citizens in a happy life here. Secretary of Citizens: Reads comments and voices of the public then reports to me what the public wants. Gathers info so that my priorities are the same as the towns priorities.
