starting APL^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^APL: End of Gates+, only at the moment this form was achieved. End of gates is very close to HNM's creator's hypothetical final form (as of now) (he can transcend it in less than 0 seconds). TUP can keep up to the phase growth by creating "false phases" and he's even catching up. comparison to HNM's creator's hypothetical final form: 90% (can keep up with new phases) he also has an orb of stability and instability. (probably not the real ones but a mere sample to strengthen TUP. (the only one that's achieved this phase. False phases have similar PL differences with real ones, but are before this and increase this phase's power. oh and he has the omega cubes too. he finally has an orb of other items that barely help his power (most of them) and stuff that I couldn't fit onscreen
Abilities: all abilities that are weaker than his PL, time and space manipulation. C2A end of Gates is very big, transcending the meaning of GATE, basically like ban notation but subgates and really big size growth. he didn't really fuse with power Itself, nor is he power Itself. if either of those statements were true, he would rival HNM*HNM's creator (which is nearly impossible if he's not fused with his own creator)
