Handy has lots of gadgets, a toy screwdriver named Charlie, a mechanical pencil and a sketchbook that he got them for Christmas in the episode Boomer the Snowplow by the Delivery Truck. I will make his dad Smasher and his little brother Clutch later. UPDATE (25/08/24): Fixed their eyes because the eyes are were copied from Carsin's Cars franchise vectors.
