Now, he's come prepared with his trusty battleaxe from ExOnOe's Adventure 3, and some backup! -Boomer Guy! Ex's one and only best friend, Boomer Guy is clever in more ways than one. His trusty boomerang that was originally a desperate attempt at fighting Kill R has now become his signature weapon. -New Oscar! He looks like he's grown up a little bit, but really he's half as mature as old Oscar. After he got caught up in watching anime in his mom's basement, he's gone desperate in getting a senpai. Still, he's got lots of tricks up his loosely hanging sleeves! -...a completely unknown figure! There's lore about him earlier in the Anora Timeline, but for now just refer to him as "that guy" or something. All I know is that he is very powerful. Any lore IDEAS is fine, but I still have a story idea. im still trying to figure out if oscar having a mouth should be canon or just an exaggeration like his personality

However, Oscar does act as if he is defeated by it. -While I just needed a couple of Koopalings to be already defeated, the ones I chose just so happened to be in the Koopa Clown Car, so you may as well say Mysteryman blew the Car up. -The theme when Mario appears comes from The "New" Super Spamton, a mod for New Super Mario Bros. by BWGLite. As such, it is a mix between NSMB's Boss theme and Deltarune's theme "Enemy Approaching." -I was originally going to use 16-bit sprites for the power ups, but I had recently made vectors of every mainline power up, so I thought I could use that. -The ice beam Oscar shoots is the Ice Slasher, Iceman's Special Weapon in the video game Megaman. I used this instead of the regular iceball because wizzrobes have been known to shoot beams in a similar fashion to the Ice Slasher. -Ludwig says he takes matters into his own hands "as usual." This is a reference to how he is typically the last Koopaling fought.
