Click the card, you either get nothing, a skip card that lets you skip your next turn, a skip 2 card that lets you skip 2 turns, a reverse card which lets you reverse the order, a +2 card that makes you take 2 more turns, and a you're out card. If you draw the you're out card, then you're out, and if you are the last person who hasn't drawn a you're out card, you win!
