Built in 1918 80 Of these "Class 10" 2-6-2T's Were built by Davenport Locomotive Company for service along side the also common and more popular 4-6-0T's In the trenches of the first world war. During the 1940s Most of them were sold off as surplus where they would fine there way into Narrow Gauge Railways and Industrial Service world wide across American and Europe.
