His name is Max Justice and received his powers from a magic stone from the inside of a crashed meteor. His powers include lightning, weather manipulation, invisibility and flight. The magic stone he found is a powerful object known as the Sky Element. Elements are stones of immense power. Electrum fights other-worldly creatures and beings seeking his power.
