Ethnicities are the distinct and diverse people communities within your nation. Government type is what governing system your country uses to rule. Special buffs and debuffs are decided by staff, it is possible to get more than 1, Mil-pop percentage is how much of your population is enlisted in the military in percentage. Captial is self explanatory. Nation name and flag is self explanatory. Eco is the quality of your economy, aka how good it is from a scale of 1-100. Military quality, not population, is a scale from 1-100 on how trained, disciplined, well-equipped, etc your military is. Again, not your military population. Stability is how stable your nation is, on a scale of 1-100, lower stability means higher chance of coups and revolts, and the revolts will also be stronger. After hitting below or equal to 50 stability, the revolts are TWICE as strong. Lastly population, you may choose from 1-10M. Staff will readjust your sign up if needed.
