The whimsical Pelb starts it’s journey with a Clone block by its parent. It is given a “Speed” value through 0.8 to 1.2. It will create a circle-like shape. Once this rotation is completed, its parent will give a chance to grant it a Speed change, from -0.5 to 0.5. This can result in extreme speeds if lucky.
