The Building Was Used so much when Nithu was communist. They usually used it to scan coins (Cotoan in Nithu) And they also used it to aid and stuff. Every artifact is left in Nithu in this place. The place used to be a plaza. But when Nithu became communist, they kinda torn it down, so it remains inaccessible and no trespassing, there is so many ants and spiders inside the building. There so far trying to demolish it to turn it into a voredephillan gift shop
