This creature came back into humanity's presence when Operation G-Trap 1 failed and another monster emerged from the depths with it's friend, and fought Godzilla. One was defeated in the water, the other put up more of a fight and tussled on land until air got in it's gills, and it's heart stopped beating, then it was burned by Godzilla.
