Instructions

This is the Critter Campaign! It’s essentially going to be a DnD campaign surrounding a world of lil animal guys. Please submit your forms after you’ve read the stuff. The forms are in the stuff somewhere. I will be the GM. This game will be kinda close to any “DnD” stuff that the yt Magic the Noah has, which is that it isn’t really DnD, just something based off of it and close. For any sort of dice roll, I will be rolling it on my D20 randomizer wheel just to make sure ya’ll aren’t making up a number. Sorry :’p Please don’t make a character that will be doing 55 damage in 3 sessions, and also don’t make a character named Doctor Fart who farts at people. Those are my Game Master rules so find something somewhere inbetween that. Anyways, here’s the species options! (All of them are two-legged and wear clothes, to be clear.) Raccoons: Raccoons are medium-sized creatures with gray and black fur and shifty eyes. They are known for being tricksters, but also being incredibly resourceful and intelligent, as well as very precise. They tend to be more lonerly people and generally put themselves before others. Opossums: Opossums are medium-sized creatures with gray and white fur, a hairless tail, and glinty eyes. They are known for their amazing ability to scavenge and for their great sense of smell, although their eyesight isn’t as strong as other species’. When they form a group or a close bond, they tend to be protective and parental towards their group, and have a strong family bond. Their tails are prehensile and can be used as an extra limb. Moles: Moles are small-sized creatures with black fur and long claws. Their eyes are squinted and they are near blind, however they have incredibly good smell, hearing, and whiskers that allow them to feel around. They are kindhearted and don’t mind being dirty, and tend to focus and love one craft. Squirrels: Squirrels are medium to small-sized creatures with gray or brown fur and fluffy tails. They are known for their maneuverability and athleticism, as well as their craftiness and their ability to craft a plan. Their tails give them very good balance. Chipmunk: Chipmunks are small-sized creatures with brown fur and darker stripes. They have long, thin tails and are known for their friendliness. They are generally skilled in several fields and are always willing to offer help to others. Mice: Mice are small-sized creatures with gray, white, or brown fur and hairless tails. They are known for their speed and flexibility as well as their compassion. Mice like to form close social bonds and tend to have lots of friends, even across many species. They have very long whiskers that they can feel vaguely around in and have very sensitive hearing. Rabbits: Rabbits are medium-sized creatures with gray or brown fur and short, fluffy tails. They are known for their speed and their strong hearing. They generally only have a few individuals in their circle of trust, and only people that they have known for a long time. Rabbits are gentle and kind-hearted, although easily spooked. Subspecies: Hare Hares are even quicker than rabbits, with wider feet and white fur. They have thicker fur than rabbits and their wide feet allow them to walk on top of snow without sinking in. Rats: Rats are medium to small-sized creatures with gray or white fur and a hairless tail. They are known for their incredible intelligence and they form almost pack-like groups of companions with other rats. Their tails are prehensile and count as another limb. Lizard: Lizards are medium to small-sized creatures with brown or greenish scales and long tails. They are known for their loner tendencies and their strong eyesight, although their hearing is not as good as other species’. They are usually very skilled at their crafts and are quick when they need to be. Frog: Frogs are small-sized creatures with green skin and wide, blobby eyes. They are maneuverable and have naturally good singing voices, and just unusually likable voices in general. (This gives them advantage on charisma btw. Just making sure that’s 100% clear.) They generally don’t get very close to people, only forming a strong, lifelong bond with their partners. They are great swimmers. Subspecies: Toad Toads are bumpy and have yellowish-brown skin. They are grumpier than most frogs and their voices are louder. They don’t have the same swimming skills as frogs but can see slightly better in the dark, with a small range of night vision. More notes: The sessions will be done on online whiteboards. We’ll arrange a time and date for each session. For at least the first one, we’ll arrange so that all players can be online at once. You’ll be assigned a color, and should say when you’re talking out of game. Form: Name // Class // Species // Gender // Appearance // Skills (little stuff like woodcarving or singing or smth) (max 3) // Age (adult, teen, child) // Backstory // Other //

Description

Would someone play a crafty frog kid? Please? Other than that you can make the character but…crafty frog kid :pleading: Classes: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1056836463/ World lore (read it pls): The world is called Kreacher. It is mainly oak or pine forests, swamps, or grassland. There are a lot of different factions/lands that fight and have different cultures. Yay. They- they’re scaled up. They’re not actually squirrel sized, they’re scaled up. If there is a species not here, it doesn’t exist. Except voles. Don’t ask about voles. It’s- it’s hard to make a lot of species ok???? I just have to add voles for the They Might Be Giants reference I have planned. That’s it so far? You’ll find more out later. Eh.
