I have three things I want to talk about in this: ( I have them labeled if you want to skip the others ) --- 1- Why I think school can be the Best / Worst 2- A serious vent --- 1- To start this off, I want to say that this what my life is going to be this school year (2024-2025). Ok, now that is out of the way, I am going to be in 7th grade ( which is our first year of middle school ) and I am doing a lot of clubs and after school activities. This year I will start Volleyball ( Conditioning starts tomorrow T-T ) while doing JR Drama Club in the fall. !!!BTW!!! We are doing Shrek Jr the musical! and I'm ... I tell you at the end of this section. Anyway, in the winter I'm doing Drama Club, maybe doing Basketball, and some other "smaller" clubs. I'm going to be sooooooooo stressed with hw that I might not be able to post as often. Are you ready to know what role I got? 3 2 1!!! Adult Fiona :) 2- This section is about one of my classmates. I don't like to gossip about people because it's rude, but I don't really think this is gossiping, it's more of a cry for help. I have this one girl in my class that everyone likes, I'll call her Molly ( that's not her real name ), she's the typical "Popular girl". 2 years ago, she hated me, called me "Too proper" because it was more comfortable for me to cross my legs, and "Poor" because I didn't bring my own lunch. I know this stuff is stupid and I shouldn't listen to her, but I can't stop thinking about it. Last year, I was in her class and she hated me even more, which I didn't even think was possible. Then I auditioned for Peter Pan Jr, and got the role of Wendy. Suddenly, she stuck to me like I was a fly trap, acting like I was the cooler one. Weeks before we were going to perform, she wanted to be in tech. Because we were "friends", she would tie the back of my dress and put the bow in my hair. When the show was over, my "popularity" faded over time. Molly went back to hating me. At the end of the school year, she auditioned for Shrek Jr. She went on a different day so we didn't even hear each other ( this is important later ). When the cast list came out, she was one of the knights. Molly got really angry and came to me saying that she should have gotten Fiona ( my role ) because she didn't sing badly. She went on saying that I shouldn't have gotten Fiona because I sound like a dying rat when I sing. This really hurt me, and now I'm thinking about leaving the show because of her. What should I do??? EDIT: I go to a small school, so I can't easily stay away from her.
