She is the smallest of the olympians, but one of the most beautiful. When it was the six original olympians, she was by far the most beautiful, before that dang Aphrodite came along. Personality: She is haughty, loud, hostile, and sarcastic on the outside, but on the inside she is defensive, and loving. Hera hates boys, disloyalty, and being called powerless because she is a smol girl. She likes toying with people, taking care of her pets, arguing, and tearing people apart with insults. Hera is good at sarcasm :3 . She has a dry sense of humor. Their favorite food is ambrosia. Hera thinks that they are perfect and harsh. Most people think that Hera is useless in battle (you haven’t meet her birds). She believes that peace is better than war. Hera puts themself first and their everything and everyone else second. They have a soft spot for peacocks. Lore: The pantheon of the twelve greater gods. Hera was their queen. She was a good ruler, sitting beside Zeus. She had many temples dedicated to her. At one of said temples, a patron, Kiran, begged for one sight of Hera, he had worshiped her for all his life, and he needed to wished to know that she was real. Hera heeded his request, appearing for the mortal. Kiran gave her offerings of food and wine had questioned Hera about her life, and if gods could die. She accidentally let slip in her state, that every god had a weakness they could kill them for good. She caught herself after that, contradicting what she had just said, (hence the second image). She left after that, putting the mortal from her mind. She adopted two hapless kits, whom had been left by their godly parents. As she took care of them, the mortal mention earlier searched high and low for more information on the gods weakness. He eventually found what he was looking for- an ancient book from the gods themselves gifted to the inventor Detalus. He was long gone so it was an easy steal. Kiran was an appraised warrior that happened to be in time for a totally real raid of a temple of Zeus where he totally held off a band of warriors. I mean, it looked real enough from the heavens. Zeus invited the boy to a feast on Olympus in his honor. Hera vaguely remembered Kiran (she did just adopt to childs give her some slack). Kiran got close to her, growing into a friend that she had so dearly needed. He then betrayed her in the darkest moment of night, stealing one of her feathers and coating his blade with it. Kiran slashed her neck with it, effectively ending her. He left for his village, expecting glory and prowess for killing a god. In return Kiran instead god shame and a death wish from the gods. Kiran is now in punishment in Hades realm. She was now a ghost. She watched over her children as a ghost, they could see her. They had been evicted from Olympus, left in the woods. Hera convinced her poor children that she was still alive and taking care of them. They always asked, “Why don’t you eat?” or “Why don’t you sleep with us? Why aren’t you warm?” or “why is your lineart glowy?” Hera evaded these questions, persisting with teaching them. She had a limited amount of time as a ghost before her spirit was moved to the Halls of the Gods (the place god’s spirits go). When she knew her time was up, she left a tear stained letter for her young children. It detailed what she really was, and where they had to go to stay safe. That is how poj started /jk. They never saw her again. They stole his younger sister loyalty and love, leaving him with parents that hated him. He had sworn to instead of hunting the Amazons for what they did to his town and sister, he would hurt their patron. As he grew he started worshipping Hera.
