cosmic starry, emperor of light, last of the stellarians, who were destroyed by #########, and erased from history. his speeds can be unmatched, as he is very fast, faster than light itself, or even teleportation (how?) and his full power has not even been discovered yet, as he has an endless amount of phases, so technically, if he tried and we waited long enough, he would be the strongest of them all.
he is also more powerful than FOUR AND strange cat if you didn't know (even tho that's not an impressive feat, because some people tend to ingore that fact)
