UNSCHEDULED UPLOAD?? I pulled an all-nighter to finish this in time. I really wanted to enter this DTA, in fact, I wanted to enter for almost all the characters, but the deadline came up suddenly and I realized I only had time to enter for one. So yeah. I'm thinking of using this character in Surrounding Darkness, my potential Youtube series, if that's fine with you. Space or click. There's only 2 art pieces. Name: Yarrowfield Gender: Female Rank: Medicine Cat Age: 81 moons (in life) 3 moons (in death) Clan: StarClan (formerly WillowClan) Personality: Calm, gentle Backstory: Yarrowfield used to be WillowClan's medicine cat, mostly serving under Honeystar, but also catching the end of the previous leader's administration early in her career. From the time Yarrowfield helped Honeystar receive her leader status, she tried to help her steer WillowClan in the right direction. Which became harder when Honeystar fell in love with a rouge. Yarrowfield tried to talk her out of the relationship, but Honeystar was smitten. Soon she was expecting the rouge's kits. Honeystar continued to carry out her leader duties and tried not to let on that she was pregnant or disclose who the kits' father was. She gave birth to 2 kits, both stillborn. Yarrowfield tried to comfort Honeystar about the loss, but Honeystar was sure that StarClan was abandoning her and WillowClan. She was so upset that she didn't even name the kits, so Yarrowfield named them herself and gave them a proper burial. Meanwhile, Honeystar's rouge mate also gets killed. After recovering from the ordeal of birth, Honeystar begins growing more distant from StarClan. She continues leading the clan and training more warriors, but she no longer acknowledges StarClan like she used to. (Every time Honeystar lost a life after that, she didn't see much of her ancestors except maybe a glimpse or a whisper.) She also becomes more welcoming to rouges and loners interested in joining WillowClan. More and more non-clan cats join WillowClan until it almost feels like an organized rouge group. Yarrowfield notices that WillowClan is going into a bit of decline and that some of the original WillowClan cats are becoming disapproving of Honeystar. Yarrowfield also started feeling age and still wanted to have an apprentice, but no one was interested in being a med cat. Eventually StarClan, distant as they were, told her that her apprentice would come from outside the clans. So Yarrowfield waited for this cat to arrive. One day, a beautiful kittypet named Bella comes to visit WillowClan's camp and tells them that she's been having dreams about herbs and that someone her dream told her to look for the cats in the forest. Yarrowfield knew that this young she-cat was the one StarClan had chosen for her apprentice. So Yarrowfield began teaching Bella how to be a med cat and Bella learned quickly. She already had a strong knowledge for herbs, and it wasn't long before Yarrowfield made her a full med cat and added "frost" to her name. Then Yarrowfield passed away from illness, but Bellafrost was a fine replacement. Had I been able to enter for all the characters I wanted, this project would have been a "music dump" (a project where I use several songs that have been sitting around in my backpack/downloads.) But since I could only enter for one, I just used two songs.
