Lore: By coming up with a real nation in scratch that was taken over by Alatri (Tie). It is now a protectorate that people get to be a part of and upload anything they want related the the hood, or AYS, or just anything CB. The nation this all is happening in I'd called Acten Inti we re purposed for lore by community and just to make it fun.
