Lore Snai was a blue namekian and thought to be a demon of some sort, the other namekians made him an outcast, Snai was furious and trained for centuries and used the dragon balls to give him infinite youth, he kept training but then freiza destroyed the planet and he was sent to earth, when he saw the namekians interacting with the locals he thought there not so bad anymore, and Therefore he stopped training, but kept his fighting skill just in case of a new enemy...
