On the Scratch 3.0 download page, it recommends using Windows 10+. But then I thought, "What if I ran Scratch 3.0 on Windows 7?" And so I did. And it worked.
Yes, I used a virtual machine to run Windows 7. No, I didn't download Windows 7 off the Internet.
