Franz is a monarch who has shown a lot of promise in their youth, they now rule with an iron fist and are a very strategic leader. - Franz treats their subjects surprisingly well considering their sentiments towards POWs are quite, should I say, concerning. - Franz has one sibling, a younger brother. - They're very good at air manoeuvres, a lot of battle formations that Franz's army uses are completely original ones, ones that they came up with - always wears a triumphant/smug/confident grin
