Don't make realistic gore in your entity's design. The entity variants are D-??? and DD-??? and the entity minion variants are M-??? or DM-??? or DDM-??? so if you want to make a variant/minion then yeah. Dont submit a entity that is from another rooms fangame but if you made the entity in that rooms fangame then you can submit that entity.
