Semi-selective, in the case of this litter, means that anyone can enter for any kit they want. However, if I think one kit has too many applications or one kit has too few, I will close all applications on a kit. And after every kit has at least one application, a due date will be set—and when that date has come to pass, the litter will close and who gets the kits will be decided.
