Turkasci is using 21st century tech so even if he did some how make land fall, (probably would not have made it too), they would be decimated by noobatian and desktopian tech. now lets say he somehow beat those 2 nations, Turkasci has now officially chewed off more than he can eat, as now an alliance of nations is going to decimate Turkasci
