He is decaying rapidly, through annihilation with the regular matter in the air as well as natural antimatter decay, but he has just enough matter to survive through the series. Keep in mind that if he comes into contact with a 1kg sphere of regular matter, they would both annihilate with a little less energy than the Tsar Bomba, the largest bomb ever detonated. Since he is just a pure glob of antimatter, he can't really say any dialogue or anything, so I guess I won't be providing lines.
