Each project of 12 gd lobotomies will have 12 lobotomies. The lobotomies are from the comments. The top 12 comments will be listed in the next project. If I can't find what the lobotomy looks like, I will reply by "I can't find how they look like." If I already did the lobotomy you wanted me to do, I will reply by "I already did that lobotomy." Sometimes there will be less than 12 lobotomies in a project.
Rules are same. Shadows from the grave, Air detected, Water on the hill, Fire in the hole, Area confirmed, Rock on the ground, Wind from the landscape, Lightning on the road, Enemy remaining, Kids at the basement, Slaughter in the house, and Blood in the bath are already done.
