I did not take the time to Change the Sprites [FLASH WARNING] (There is a changelog if you scroll down) Added: Hold notes, Vectorized arrows, and a Timer. Better chart handler, along with new BF sprite by me, and Screen flash, Screen fade out, and Screen fade in, and small modchart. one of the arrow skins is by @ebomb320
