Our GP Group has created this, explaining social identity and what it means to have inclusion, through this animation. The objective was to create awareness about the prevalent issue of discrimination and exclusion worldwide, using an analogy of football players having conflict with basketball players to simplify the concept but also simulate real-life discriminatory behavior. While everybody may not have an 'Equilady' in their lives to solve prejudice and exclusion, we must take steps towards being more like her, the cause of someone feeling included, instead of excluded. Being a preventer of stereotypes, instead of perpetuating it. We hope everyone who watches this, gains something from it, and works to make this world a better place, for everyone, regardless of who they are.
