Instructions

Here is an example stop motion project I've been working on for a workshop, inspired by Making Faces created by the Tinkering Studio. Click the green flag to learn a little more about me and see if you identify items I used to make my face! This version uses hand-drawn "think" and "say" bubbles paired with a voiceover (vs text-to-speech, like in my other example). The coding is also a bit more complex than my other example, as there are more photographs for a continuous animation and I've added digital elements, which are triggered using conditional blocks listening for costume changes on the main sprite.

Description

Here is an example stop motion project I've been working on for a workshop, inspired by Making Faces created by the Tinkering Studio. Click the green flag to learn a little more about me and see if you identify items I used to make my face! See my other stop motion example "Stop Motion - Making Faces" for a different approach here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1053636533 Or see my "Build the Change Example" project to see photographing different parts and animating them with Scratch here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/981427021 This version uses hand-drawn "think" and "say" bubbles paired with a voiceover (vs text-to-speech, like in my other example). The coding is also a bit more complex than my other example, as there are more photographs for a continuous animation and I've added digital elements, which are triggered using conditional blocks listening for costume changes on the main sprite. ---- Thank you to ceebee for the candy bar wrapper that I remixed.
