Hello guys, and welcome to the first MINI episode of Vanni Theory: Expanded! This episode will revolve around the future WINNER of Vanni Showdown, and doesn't have to do with the lore . . . maybe. So let's get started! So, currently, we have 4 Vannis left, and assuming that there wont be any more rejoins, these Vannis are in it to win it: Phantom, Mint+Greed, NON, and Specter! (I think) And with this current roster, I immediately thought of who might win . . . This person being . . MINT, but don't worry, I have some explanations of why he would win, and how he would use his prize. First of all: ADVANTAGES Why would he win against other Vannis? Well, he's got a numbers advantage, which he used to win his fight with Dart. Two minds can think of double the strategies and they combined have double the strength. Assuming he accidentally defeated Sonic, who ran into his sword, Mint and Greed have a weakness to SPEED, which none of the current Vannis have, (this could also be why they defeated Dart, who was stationary the whole match) Specter has an advantage over singular targets, being able to disarm them, but Greed doesn't have any weapons, and Mint would be the main target of Specter. While Specter can take Mint's weapon, he would only have the time to take down only Mint OR Greed before the other reaches him. Phantom seems to have a lot of range based attacks, (seen in episode 8), but not many melee ones, and Mint+Greed basically specialize in melee attacks, so if they figure out a way to get close to Phantom, they basically just win. NON has a lot of weapons to use, each with varied effects, but he might get too overwhelmed in a 2v1, considering that he only has 1 ranged weapon that takes time to charge. Even if he stuns Mint or Greed, (causes them to stop fighting for a while), he still has to worry about the other, and we can see in NON vs Scythe that his confusion effect ends the battle, but it only stops a singular target, so NON just basically loses against multiple Vannis. Second of all: Mecha FORESHADOWED Mint's victory If we go back to episode 1, and look inside, you can see that Mint gets a prize. But in every other episode, no prize is found. Mecha does confirm that it was just a joke, but he COULD be lying, (not saying he isn't trustworthy,) but he might've just been trying to protect us from spoilers. And lastly: What would Mint do after his victory? Well, it seems that this series is coming into it's lore, and the finale might have something to solve within itself, Mint might just be a main protagonist and solve this, or he might just take his prize and leave. (Greed takes over . . . quite literally) But assuming that he does try to fix the lore, he might sacrifice his prize or even a victory, thanks to the power that him and Greed store inside this tournament. Anyways, thats all there is for now. If you liked this, make sure to like and subscribe!!
