Winter Pack is one of the groups of animals in the Frost Tundra! This project will explain the ways of the group! There are ten ranks: Alpha, the leader of the pack, voted leader by the council, promising festivals, and giving a new idea which will earn them Alpha. Beta: The second in command next to the alpha. They will take over the Alpha's job when the Alpha is sick or unavaliable, but when the alpha dies the job doesn't go to the Beta. It goes to the vote, but the Beta will participate Healer: A healing wolf trains the next generation, and researches plants and foods. They also heal whenever there should be a battle. Hunter: Hunters bring food to the pack. Alpha must be fed first and then the veterans, nurses, hunters, fighters and next to lasty the pups, to prove the pups are strong and will last any condition. And finally the Omega Fighters: These wolves protect the pack from whatever goes into they're territory. Foxes, travelers, anything that really poses as a threat. They never leave the territory unprotected. Apprentinces: These young wolves starting at six moons will have to train until they're twelve with a mentor of either Healing, Fighting, or hunting, whichever the wolf wants to learn. Veterans: Veterans are old retired wolves who may live their days out in peace. Nurses: Mothers and caretakers of the pups. Omega: Lowest rank, and will suffer all of the worst tasks. The omega suffers this role for something they did in the past which wasn't good Scout: These wolves are responsible for negotiating and talking with animals outside of the pack. And also spotting dangers within the pack. Rules: - When one enters the pack, not being pack-born they must suffer five trials. Trial of loyalty, Trial of Strength, Trial of Kindness, Trial of Thought, Trial of Duty in any order. - Every full moon the whole pack gathers and the Alpha gives a speech of what to expect the next moon and they howl at the moon for good luck from the Guardians. - The Council consists of three of the oldest veterans, the alpha, the beta, all healers, apprentinces unincluded, but may watch. And the top hunter. All others aren't welcome. - If you hurt another packmate you will suffer a death match between that packmate and yourself. The packmate you injured will be healed and given a few perks than you. Whichever one wins will have a spot on the council. - You may not mate with a wolf that we think poses as a threat - Each wolf is given a nickname due to their skills and qualities. Every wolf except an Omega Festives: - On full moons the whole pack will feast, and give items and food to the guardians by throwing them in the trees to secure another good moon. - Bow, a festival that happens each winter in favor of Arrow, the guardian of the Hunt so they will remain fed throughout the winter. Offerings shall be given - Lava, a festival of Pyro during the fall so that they remain warm all winter and for the rest of fall - Snowfall a festival of Frost to insure a cool summer. - Dawn, the festival in honor of Lyra for giving sunlight to grow crops and see. Got the Alpha elected. Ceremonies: Ranking: When a member of the pack joins a different rank the Alpha shall call a meeting, give a speech about what that wolf has done to get a promotion and what they'll expect of the wolf in the future and then give them a nickname ( Omega-wise. ) Death Cermony: When a member of the pack dies the Alpha shall call a meeting to remember everything that wolf did. If you don't attend this ceremony you shall be judged by most of the pack. Graduate Cermony: This ceremony will be hosted by the mentors of the pack, unlike other ceremonies which are hosted by the leader to celebrate Apprentinces going up a rank and graduating
