Yeah I'm shamelessly stealing that So anyways this is Penalty He's a handsome little man Originally he was gonna be female but he reminded me of a past character I had which was female dsjh Some small and vague backstory: Horacco was always abandoned by his home. One day, he found a cat who claimed to touch a gem, and magically have things happen to him. Horacco decided to change his name to Penalty and take the gem, gaining his wings.
