He is immortal to all regular attacks, like punches, kicks, sword slashes, etc. To kill him, you gotta to the sukuna/mahagora thing. Even though he doesn't have arms, his hands are linked to his body, as in they can't just float away freely.
His capabilities somewhat reflect gojo's immortality to regular attacks (technically he's not "immortal" to regular attacks, and instead he uses his cursed technique, "limitless", to slow attacks down to the point where they can't move any further), and he uses spikes to puncture his target. The spikes can absorb both energy and shock waves. Its basically vibranium if it was better. He can also use the energy the spikes absorb to launch out a dense beam of light that disentigrates anything it touches (if they're weak). If his target is strong enough to withstand the force the laser beam produces, then they will be left slightly paralyzed.
