here are the policies. 1. Do not force people to vote for you. 2. The leader cannot vote in any UMNS Manager Election. 3. Voting can only be done by UMNS members. 4. Using alts to vote for you could result in a warning, continue doing it is a strike. 5. Do not spread misinformation at all. 6. Do not encourage people to sign up just to get another vote. 7. All peoples voting counts for 1 vote. This includes managers and normal members.
