This is my half of part 14. I hope you enjoy! Notes: Character is Joe, but vintage style cause the song gave vintage vibes frfr. He's singing on like a boat or somthing, performing. The mouth looks sped up/ rushed, but the arm movements look good..so I don't want to change it
