Meet my cookie...Ice Cream Cone Cookie! He is in no way related to any other Ice Cream cookies. He prefers staying hidden, and will attack anyone he's told to. However, forging an alliance with him is risky...he can backstab you any moment, and no one will know. He often chooses not, though, and will never backstab someone he knows is stronger than him.
