(I wasn't able to shade for the example because GIMP didn't let me.) A decent background. (Those are tedious and they get a LOT OF CREDIT.) Animation. Lineless. Changing the color of the lines does not count as lineless. It is not really something that will get as much attention as shading, but it's still a good thing.
