Leraine Joker/ 23/ No Powers/City: Gotham/ Anti-Hero/ Skills: She is a skilled at Hand to hand combat and most w3@p0ns/ She constantly works to ruin most of the Joker's crimes when she's not causing "usually harmless" chaos of her own. She's helped the likes of The Teen Titans, The Justice League, and solo heroes apprehend various different villains. That is as long as it benefits her. She runs all the gangs and Mafia's in Gotham, Central and Star City.
