This is the academy where ALL Sakurgunalin and Rangers were trained the best of the best make it into the program. The worst fail and are never seen again. It is located inside a mountain using an elevator to get into it all the trainers were past Safkurgunalin. It is on a terraformed exoplanet next to the Capital City (Mkaders city)
