RULEZZZ: 1 - You may only reskin ONE, and only ONE character. Do not reskin any character whose icon is highlighted red. 2 - After reskinning your character, reskin said character's icon. OPTIONAL 1 - Animation. I'd prefer it if you animate, no matter your skill. If not, it's okay :] OPTIONAL 2 - If you want your character to be a volunteer, use any means to get a volunteer band or vest. (or make your own idk) OPTIONAL 3 - Put your character in the preview.
