Specimen-21 [TIM]

i was walking through an abandoned lab to find some specimens (bosses orders idk) when i saw a sign that read "[TIM]" i went in and found... him. i read the lab notes and accordingly he was a child who parents sold him to the lab, he endured all the experiments until he was eventually labelled as "UNFIT FOR #####" (the last part was blacked out on every note that mentioned it) so i expect he was left here. i tried to get him back to the facility but the... flesh string? was way to tall and strong so i could not get him back. i'll update again once i see another specimen
