All claims are to be "Zones of science & research" 2. other nations can place research bases in your territory, as long as they don't: use the base for military purposes or extract local resources without permission from the owner of said territory. 3. Your claims must not be bigger then the templates(inside project) 3. You must respect & recognize all claims on the map(unless a claim breaks the template rule) 4. No wars, you can NOT invade other micronations, but you can set up military bases in case you are invaded(defensive wars are allowed) 5. Any territories that get left unclaimed will be declared a International/Neutral zone. 6.
