In this playable Defenders game, protect the city from imminent destruction with the 14 brave citizens who've volunteered to fight for their home! [[INSTRUCTIONS]] [CONTROLS] *Choose 4 defenders to use for the current round. Simply click to select which defender to place, drag it to your desired location then click again to deploy. *If you don't want to place this defender anymore, drag it to the TRASH CAN in order to discard. *To discard a defender that has already been placed, SELECT the trash can and drag it to the defender that you want to trash. You will not be refunded unfortunately. [GAMEPLAY] *There are 10 rounds to beat in this game. Each round introduces new and unique enemies into the game, so you must adapt your strategy to win! *Watch out for rounds 5, 8 and 10, since flying enemies are present. Use the Jetpacker cat to counter them. *After winning round 10, you have the option to continue with Freeplay: face off against tough rounds that progressively get longer and longer. [[NOTES]] There should be mobile support... i hope at least Game might be buggy on lower end devices nearing the 10th wave Theres still some bugs that i probably need to fix later but ill work on that soon enough [[PLANNED FEATURES]] Bugfixes: -Fix force placing defender when you have it selected and the round ends. -Rebalance knockback so that Vigilantes and Tornado aren't affected -Fix ghost hitboxes and footprints from remaining on the field -Fix layering issues -Make it so that you can deselect defenders after selecting them in the pre-wave menu -Rework trash so that instead of dragging it onto towers, you have to click on them to delete them Features: -New defender that slows enemies down/makes them move in reverse -New healers -Defender that does extremely high damage but to just a single target -Extend the game past round 10? (only if this gets a lot of traction)
The intrusive thoughts thought it would be cool if I remixed this project and added new defenders, so I did. -Spear cat : Returning from the fountain, he use his spear to deal good damage in front of him. Bad against anyone a bit too up or down compared to him. -Adept : Apprentice of a sorcerer in town, this adept of magic will send energy balls to hit multiple enemies. He is quite weak though, and have low HP. I WILL add more later
