Bonus Chapter A New Friend -=-=-=-=-=- A few weeks ago... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- I'm walking to Charms and am a bit lonely. Emily has a different class right now. I see a girl with black hair standing. Maybe I can talk to her, she seems nice enough, I walk over. "Hi, what's your name?" I ask. "Josie Johnson" the girl replied shyly. "Nice to meet you, my name is Jacqueline Granger. How are you" I ask trying to make conversation. "Good. How about you?" "Good." I say. (Awk-ward) "What's your blood status?" I ask, desperately trying to make conversation. "Muggle-born, I have to go now, sorry." She says uncomfortably. "Me too, okay bye." I say. (guess I'm just going to be lonely this period.) =-=-=-=-=-=-= a few days later... -=-=-=- Josie took a seat near me in Charms class. "Oh, hi Josie." I say with my back turned to her. I turn around. Josie waves back. "Lumos!" I say and the tip of my wand only lights up a bit. "Oh, it seems that light spell needs a little work." Josie says. "It does," I reply still keeping my eyes on the wand, "I want to impress my older sister by learning a new spell without her help, but so far, no luck. Do you think you could help me?" Josie agreed. Then after class we went to the library together and she started teaching. Soon, in about 15 minutes, I was able to do it. "Thank you! Do you want to be friends?" I ask, still a bit desperate. Thankfully, Josie said yes and went on her way. -=-=-=-=-=-=- About a week ago... -=-=-=-=- I am laying in the hospital wing. I fell off of the broom in flying class and got a concussion. (Hermione never did that. She hated flying, and still does, but she never ended up in the hospital wing because of it.) Then Josie and Emily came by. "Are you okay?" Josie asks as Emily sits on the bed. "Yes, I just froze on the broom because I'm scared of heights." I say, holding my head and sugarcoating it. (That's not all that happened, but we don't need to know that I fell at least two feet and hit the ground.) "Oh. I don't like flying either, but it's because I hate sports." Emily looks over at Josie when she says that. I know Emily wants to be a Quidditch player. My head throbs again and Emily lead Josie away so I can rest. A few days later, I was better, but I had no idea that I would soon lay in the hospital wing again...
I know, I know, two bonuses in a row, but I'm bored! And Havi, Emily, and Bella, please don't get mad at me but, you guys write SO slow. Also, I needed to introduce a character. Anyways... Y'all probably know why my last line in this chapter was that.
