[ UPDATED DUE DATE: november 28th (thanksgiving!) ] sorry if i don’t comment on your entry! im VERY busy right now finally reached something that could be considered a milestone lmao,,, anyways i thought i’d host a dmac!!! but on to the interesting part! (not that interesting) [ first off, what even is a dmac?? ] dmac stands for draw/design me a character, so essentially you make a design based off of the moodboards here and if you win you get a prize!! yay! (i keep your design though ack) [ rules ] *i’m still lacking a tos so just… remember basic boundaries thank you - all art, designs, etc MUST BE MADE BY YOU! (with the exception of bases, although proper credit must be given) - don’t guilt trip (saying things like “i would enter but im not gonna win”) - all entries MUST be digital!! im very sorry about any inconveniences this causes but traditional designs are very hard to follow - using the moodboards provided isn’t necessary, but is /highly/ preferred checkout this project for more info: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/985494652 !! due date: undecided, sometime in late august/early september i dunno yet remember!! quality > quantity applies here here too [ preferences ] [ species ] only looking for feral/anthro designs, sorry! - canines (maned wolves, painted dogs, hyenas, jackals, etc) - felines (lynxes, leopards, mountain lions,,, pretty much any big cat is great!!! more specific species of house cat are also cool!) - rodents!!!! i love little rat guys - POSSUMS. they get their own category because. i love possums so much…… also pine martens and stoats - other species beside your basic cat are super cool,, like raccoons and rams n stuff) - species fusions are really cool!! (ex like. a cat and a bird or something. get creative i dunno) [ accessories/theme ] i LOVE alien/space themes along with plant themed designs. especially floral designs. and pigeons. i love them. so much designs based off of video games are also cool, things like pokemon/zelda (and mayyybe deltarune) - things like leg warmers, backpacks, little flower accessories are super silly… - i love unique patterns that hint at the theme simpler designs are okay but complex ones r preferred!! - multiple eyes/wings and stuff like that. - earth toned designs. they're the best. but do whatever feels right to you - fish traits (gills, tails, fins, and the like) - hair clips/charms [ prizes ] first place: rendered full, off base custom, (i keep the design) second place: shaded full, on base custom (i keep the design) third place: flat full, doodle custom (i keep the design) fourth place: rendered bust or doodle custom (i keep the design) fifth place: shaded bust or doodle custom (i keep the design) honorable mention(s): flat headshot please don’t let this flop,,,, [ credits ] code . me i guess???? moodboards from pin, none made by me! music is broken coral from splatoon 2
