WARNING!! This backstory is VERY dark! We’re talking child abandonment and snatching dark!! You have been warned! Cora leaves the safety of the castle in hopes of just finding SOMETHING to do- maybe even getting her parents attention. She ends up recognized and captured by a nefarious group of dragons who plan to use her as a bargaining chip and get whatever they want out of the king and queen. Cora is confident her parents will meet the group’s demands. After all- they certainly CAN and she’s their DAUGHTER! When word comes in that the king and queen will not be meeting the groups demands or even sending an army to retrieve their daughter, Cora is not only devastated but genuinely in danger, as the group plans to sell her to someone else who DOES want her. Luckily for Cora, however, the leader’s wife servant kills him in the night and uses the chaos that follows to break Cora out, later revealing that she didn’t care when she was a bargaining chip, but when the plan changed she couldn’t bare the thought of someone else suffering the same fate she had. With nowhere else to go, the two end up traveling around, living in exile and learning more about themselves and each other, as well as bonding and just being cute. ————————— As far as esthetics go, Cora enjoys the finer things in life. Like nice jewelry and such. Whereas Vexy is SO over looking pretty to others and is ready to embrace her ‘wild, rebellious side’ she loves piercings and anything spiky.
