uh uh uh ryan isnt being literal its like uh like when you say "im killing it" yknow like that hes not actually gonna kill anybody no reason to report this project at all!!!!!!! AT LAST IT IS DONE ive had the wip of this in my files since like. february. almost all of the coding was done i was just procrastinating on the art and ITS FINALLY DONE the only bit of art i didnt redo is the bitmap bit ryan is probably the most timeless of my ocs. had him over a year and despite all previous oc hyperfixations, hes one i always go back to. we're going to ignore the fact the initial inspiration may or may not have been sideshow bob from the simpsons that bit never happened thats not real it is false it is untrue i would never make characters based on animated shows never in my life have i done that whistling nonchalantly and definitely not suspiciously art - @star-fiish vector is difficult but it helped a lot for the lipsync character - ryan, belongs to / designed by @star-fiish coding - @star-fiish song - lets kill tonight - panic! at the disco (but i spliced 2 parts together)
