This is a little project I made for my French class. The controls are pretty simple, WASD to move (side-to-side with AD) and SPACE to jump. It takes place in a part of mind - a lonely landscape. You control a character lost in this landscape, and the only way for him to escape is to let go of his past. He does this by facing the items that represent various people and events in his life. I hope you find your escape :).
Though the items here represent what I've gone through in my relatively small world of Middle School, this project really represents the struggle to let go overall. As I make this, I'm even not sure if I've let go yet. If you're struggling to find that light, and to be free of it all, I hope this project speaks to you. No matter what, just know that the light is there. It might seem impossible, and it might even hurt getting to it. But please, not matter what happens - reach for it.
