Project Detain was quite a rigeous progress. Eventually the AAHW decided on this Model, Blackmail: It's purpose is to detain any people who have debts with the AAHW, a sort of Debt collector of sorts that collect anyone wanted (besides Bob, Hank, Sanford, and Deimos) to capture them. It is mainly supposed to be passive while also collecting grunts to capture, unless it is provoked, it does anything in it's power to get the host and bring them back to the facility. Phobos actually upgraded this guy in PN2.
