UPDATE: It finally got fixed, so now I can show it here! this thing was really playing up on me for some reason, as the saving got pretty bugged back then
Credit to @PuffBarIs968. The phase is NOT phase 13, it's exactly one phase after phase 13 which is at 1999, so 1999 is Phase 13.
