Random EAS scenario causing my dreams to be haunted for 5 days, got “trauma”, and got somniphobia and nyctophobia for a week straight all because I thought ASEAN when the map was displayed was some sort of demonic being that caused half the f***ing world to ‘disappear’ further more with it pointing at Africa. It was just pure unintentional anxiety that lead me to pure insanity for unprecedented reasons.
